Seit einiger Zeit kann man seine Waffe - abgesehen von den üblichen Enchants mit Scrolls - weiter optisch und funktional aufwerten. Das Verfahren nennt sich "Augmentation" und fügt der Waffe zufällige Boni hinzu, sowie ggf. eine schimmernde und elektrisierende Animation, die sich von den enchanteten A-Grade-Waffen (ab +7) optisch unterscheidet und unabhängig von dem Enchantgrad eintrifft. Dabei wird die alte Animation nicht ersetzt, sondern wird durch die neue Animation ergänzt. Das kann bei einigen Waffen sehr heftig aussehen und wirkt je nach Geschmack sogar schon ein wenig zu (Effekt-)überladen.

How to Augment:

Augmentieren kann man bei jedem Schmied, ausser denen der Anfangsstädte und Gludin. Man sagt einfach, man will seine Waffe aufwerten und die Liste einsehen. Dann müßte man zu diesem Fenster gelangen:

Hinweis: Das Fenster erreicht man durch den Menüpunkt 'Eine Waffe aufwerten' (Imo-Übersetzung!). Danach muss man direkt auf das Wort 'Aufwerten' klicken, da man sonst in ein anderes Menü gelangt.


Per Drag&Drop kann man nun die notwendigen Materialien herüberziehen. Jeder Schmied verlangt dazu eine Waffe und einen Life Stone...

...diese haben ein eigenes Level und werden von vielen Mobs gedroppt. Den 76er bekommt man zB. von den Tyrannosaurus auf der Primeval Island.

Hat man die beiden Items eingeführt, so verrät der Schmied, welche Gemstones man noch benötigt, um den Vorgang abzuschliessen. Bei einer A-Grade-Waffe sind es z.B. 20 Gemstones C. Es ist also wirklich nicht sehr teuer.

... so kann das Ergebnis aussehen.

Die Waffe bekommt das "Augmented"-Präfix und eine Auflistung der Veränderungen. Außerdem ist sie damit an den Account gebunden, kann also nur über das Warenhaus zwischen den eigenen Chars hin und her getauscht werden.

Mögliche Ergebnisse:

Die Augmentation klappt immer zu 100% und bringt ein zufälliges Ergebnis. Es kann aber auch richtiger Quatsch dabei rauskommen, so zB. "Increases Headsize". Wenn aber alles gut geht, dann hat man einen Bonus aus den drei Möglichkeiten:

- Erhöhung der Basisattribute (STR, CON, INT, MEN)
- Erhöhung der Kampfwerte (P. Atk., P. Def., M. Atk., Accuracy, etc.)
- Zusätzlicher Skill (Active, Passive, Chance skill)

Wissenswertes:

- Augmentierte Waffen können normal enchantet werden oder Special Abilities bekommen und verlieren diese auch nicht während des Augmentierens.

- Augmentierte Waffen können nicht gehandelt, gemailt, im Clan-Warenhaus untergebracht oder gedroppt werden.

- Augmenierte Waffen können allerdings im Accountwarenhaus auf andere Charaktere geschoben werden.

- Sie können beim Mammon getauscht aber nicht "hochgetauscht" (Upgrade) werden

- Augmentierte Schwerter können nicht zum Craften von Duals verwendet werden

- Augmentierungen können wieder problemlos entfernt werden. Enchants und Special Abilities bleiben dabei erhalten.


Life Stone-Levels und Arten

Life Stones gibt es in derzeit 13 Levels Je höher der Stone-Level desto höher wird der Skill-Level sein wenn man einen Skill (active/passive/chance) als Augment bekommt

Es gibt verschiedene Arten von Life Stones
In den verschiedenen Levelabstufungen sehen die Life Stones minimal anders aus. Es gibt auch Accessory Life Stones mit diesen man nur Schmuck augmentieren kann. Jeweils 5 normale Life Stones können beim Schmied in einen Accessory Life Stone getauscht werden. Dies erfolgt im gleichen Menü wie das Augmentieren.</small>

Accessory Life Stones besitzen zudem einen gelben Rand im Itembild

normal -> gibt einen visuellen Effekt falls es purple oder rot augmentiert wird
medium -> gibt einen visuellen Effekt falls es purple oder rot augmentiert wird
high -> gibt einen visuellen Effekt
top -> gibt einen starken visuellen Effekt

visueller Effekt = schaut aus als würde es unter Strom oder Feuer stehen.

  • S80 Grade Waffe - braucht 36 B Grade Gemstones
  • S Grade Waffe – braucht 25 C Grade Gemstones
  • A Grade Waffe – braucht 20 C Grade Gemstones
  • B Grade Waffe – braucht 30 D Grade Gemstones
  • C Grade Waffe – braucht 20 D Grade Gemstones

Kosten beim Entfernen einer Augmentation:

  • S80 grade Waffen Entfernung: 920k
  • S grade Waffen Entfernung: 480k
  • A grade Waffen Entfernung: 330k (low A grade), 390k (mid A Grade), 420k (top A grade)
  • B grade Waffen Entfernung: 240k (low B grade), 270k (top B grade)
  • C grade Waffen Entfernung: 95k (Low C grade), 150k (mid C grade), 210k (top C grade)

Zu den Verbesserungen:

  • Eine Waffe kann derzeit maximal 4 Verbesserungen im Augment aufweisen
  • Eine Augmentation kann zwei mal das identische Refinement aufweisen.
  • Waffen die ursprünglich rot glühten erlangen nach dem Augmentieren eine goldene Animation
  • Eine Anhebung der Basisattribute (STR, CON, INT, MEN) ist maximal +1
  • Wenn das Augment ein aktiver Buff-Skill ist, so hat dieser meist nur eine Dauer von 2 Minuten und einen Cooldown von 5 Minuten
